Plating, which means that the products can touch the electrolyte, inform the course of special plating in its covering under theaction of outer current.The plating effect can be according to the need of decoration to choose the different arts and crafts,forexample: plating, anti brass,electronic spray-painted and so on.Because of the complexity it brings some troubles to produce: i.e.chromatism, unstability and so on.But more plating technologies are improving very fast.
Along with higher development of world speed economy, people's environment consciousness is also improving, people 'sheart start to seek natural at the same time,people put forward a new study task to plating technology in environment. The ways in distinguishing the goods surface and chromatics:
- 1.Plating products can be washed by general dry washing, water washing and as usual. You should avoid abradingstraightly with rubbing stone, hard things as you can during the washing.
- 2.Don't put in quite strong acidic, alkalescent, organic impregnant in long time.
- 3.If products need enzyme wash, it must be under special technology during ferment,PH value must be control between 4-6, temperature 45R℃-60℃， the time is between 30-45 minutes, avoid to be the phenomenon of chromatics or of.painting.
- 4.After steam ironing, the goods shall be cool dry or low temperature dry as soon as possible, lest it come to be darker
after got wet.
- 5.The goods need to be kept in dry and airy room.
